Description: This is a pitcher from the Vintage group designed by RumRill, circa 1938. There is a left and right of this piece, this being the left. The glaze is Pompeian.

Locality and Period: Red Wing, Minnesota. c. 1938.
Comments: German craftsmen settled in Red Wing, Minnesota. Red Wing pottery has been produced since 1865. By the early twentieth century, Red Wing was the largest pottery manufacturer in the United States.
